BeauLily Testimonials
"I had this one lady who would propel herself in her wheelchair all day long, claiming everyone she would encounter.  She would exhaust
herself. Nothing seemed to soothe or comfort her.
She received one of your TwiddleMuffs and now sits contently enjoying the tactile
comfort and refuses to let go of it."
Mary - The Netherlands

"Thank you for making such a loving care detail device.  My mother just loves it and was pleased with all of its items to help with her
fingers.  You also impress the institute where she lives for long term care, the therapist  is looking into it further for other clients. Again,
thank you for caring."

Susan - Connecticut

"My name is Angela and I am a hospice RN. I had a patient who used the TwiddleMuff and loved it - she would tell me " this is the best
gift I have ever received".  She has since passed away, but loved the TwiddleMuff so much. I wanted to write and let you know that for a
person who works with the elderly for a living, I love it!!!!  I have been telling everyone about it and giving your website out to family and
friends as well as colleagues.  Thank you for not forgetting about our elders."

Angela

"My Care Manager suggested I look into your product and without hesitation I ordered the Pup.  I purchased the Twiddle-Pup for my
husband, Ken, who is in skilled nursing suffering from Alzheimer’s.  I took it to my husband today and put it in his lap and put his hand
inside to hold the ball.  You can’t imagine the big smile he got on his face.  He doesn’t verbalize, but he did manage to say “Awwww”.
The nurses are concerned that he may put the wooden beads in his mouth or try to pull off the ribbons.  To show them just how strongly
the are put on, she pulled on the ribbons and nothing happened.  I put his name and room number on the pocket, so it won’t get lost.
He showed great interest in his new “pet” and when we went to leave he was petting it just like he pets our 4 dogs.  I can’t thank you
enough for this great toy."
Judi - Folsom, California

"We have been wildly excited about the TwiddleMuff (the name always gets a few chuckles at the morning meeting table).  We most
often use the TwiddleMuff with our Alzheimer’s and Dementia residents.  We find it most often used with residents whom have busy
hands, boredom, anxiety about being alone, frequent scratches and bruising.  We now have four in our 163 bed facility.  They do get
passed around a bit, so infection control is an issue.  It is a plus that the TwiddleMuff make it though the washing machine unscathed.
We find the TwiddleMuff to be incredibly soothing and comforting to our residents!"

"Thank you so much for coming up with these TwiddleMuffs.  My husband has had one for two years now - he holds it 24/7 and he is an
Alzheimer's patient.  It is extremely comforting - Thanks again."

"On March 6, I spoke to you about the purchase of a twiddle-muff for my 91 year old mother who has dementia and arthritis and lives
with my husband and me. The day I brought it home, it was a big hit. She “played” with it for about four hours that day and since then,
each day she spends some time fiddling around with it. She really enjoys the fringe and is always neatly arranging it. This gives her
something else to do besides watch TV or read. I’m just amazed at the amount of time she spends “playing” with it. Since it is too
difficult for her to do puzzles or word games and she can no longer knit or crochet, the twiddle-muff is perfect to help stimulate her
mind."

"One day, when I visited my mother who had advanced Alzheimer's I noticed how she spent time playing with her bed rail and I was
struck by how much like an infant she had become. I shortly got her a teddy bear to play with which she liked, but it always had dropped
to the floor the next time I came. I did not do much more than keep putting the teddy back in her bed as I guess, I considered the
situation hopeless. However, the idea of providing her with something fixed to play with (almost like a child's mobile) did cross my mind.
As I sit and think now, on your products. I cannot help but think that this was my precious mother... No matter how far gone she was,
there were more things I might have done to add to her 'day to day' life experience. You have created something, I'm sure mom would
have loved during part of this very difficult journey she had to go on."
Brian – Toronto, Ontario

"My Mom, who is 90 years old, and lives in assisted living, immediately loved her Kitty and found the ball inside to be very interesting.  I
can't say whether she will keep it there, as sometimes if things are too 'different' for her, she's make adjustments.  My Mom noted the
Kitty fit well on her walker seat.  She has one of those that are very popular right now being a walker with a seat that opens to a small
storage basket.  Because it fit well there, she plans to take it for a ride to show others when she attends her meals."
"My Mother-in-Law, who is less mobile and spends most of her time in a wheel chair, also loved her Kitty, naming it 'Snowflake'.  My
Mother-in-Law has a very serious problem with cold hands and she immediately recognized it as a muff for which she was very glad to
have.   She spends quite a bit of time on her personal computer and we noted she now keeps it on top of the screen where she can
easily get to it when her hands get too cold when typing."

"I showed the TwiddleCat and TwiddleMuff to a number of the staff at our Assisted Living unit and we really like it!  We will be
purchasing a few for our sensory stimulation program."
Jodi - Activity Director at Alden of Waterford

"The comfort we see when residents are using this item is amazing - the softness and being able to put their hands inside and use the
very soft squeezie ball is great for sensory stimulation.  We have purchased five so far."
Sue - Recreational Therapy at DuPage Convalescent Center

"We gave a TwiddleCat to a long-term cat owner who had, for many years, slept with a real cat on her bed.  The TwiddleCat now sits
on her lap while she keeps her hands warm and active inside and then, at night, it takes it's rightful place on her bed.  She is very
comforted to have the cat with her all the time.  The family was impressed that we were able to meet her needs by giving her something
that has meaning in her life.  I'm so glad that you make such a wonderful product!"
Stephanie - Activity Director at The British Home, Brookfield, Illinois

"It's like you know my Mom!  This is just what she needs as she is constantly picking away at things around her as well as her own skin
at times.  The TwiddleMuff will give her something to work on and give her a soft comfortable creature at the same time.  Thank You!"
Jean - Grown daughter of Nursing Home resident

"Thank you for remarkably speedy delivery!"
Angela Hobsbaum, England

"This is just really clever!  There are a lot of conditions that would benefit from a TwiddleMuff."
Kris - Director of the L.I.F.E Center at the Chicago Rehab Institute

"I purchased a TwiddleCat for my grandmother (a.k.a. "Nanny" ) for Christmas and I wanted to let both of you know it is a hit.  Nanny is
93 years old and the sweetest lady you will ever meet.  She is all of 4' 8" and until suffering a stroke 5 years ago, enjoyed walking 4
miles per day.  Sadly, she now has no movement in her right arm and spends most every day at my mother's home reading or in front
of a television until returning to her assisted living home each evening.  According to mom, "Kitty" is always on her lap or close by and if
not, my grandmother is asking for it as it keeps her hands both warm and occupied.  And that's been the case ever since Christmas so
apparently, you have created a real hit and I thought you would want to know."
